I purchased the business from Bill Wilson in November, 2007. 

P & C will be doing several Ceramic Shows throughout the year, 

AND will always be taking prepaid, preorders for these shows. 

For any prepaid orders for a show pick up,

if there is a SHOW SPECIAL on the item or items you order,

you will receive that special price on your pre-order. 

These are unadvertized specials,

and are available only for picking up at shows.

 

We also do mail orders. 

You are always welcome to contact us by E-Mail, or by phone,

tell us the items you need, and we can quote you a price. 

We carry a variety of items, from lusters to cleaning tools,

pottery tools, doll supplies, electrical, clocks and music boxes. 

We add to our products constantly.

Our Products list is just a start of what we can get for you.

just contact us and we will see if we can locate the item you desire,

and get you the best price we can on those items .

I am a Certified Ceramic Teacher as well.

PURCHASING POLICIES

 

For ALL  first orders, over $100,

we require that payment be made first,

with your written order. 

 

Payment is required to be in the form of a Cashieer's check from

a National Bank, such as Wells Fargo or Citi Bank. 

 

You will need to mail this Cashieer's Check, with your written order to

P & C Ceramic Supply  P. O. Box 876  Liberty Hill, Tx 78642,  

before the order for your supplies will even be placed. 

Usually it takes appx 2 - 3 weeks from the date that we receive,

and validate this Cashieer's Check for you to receive your merchandise.

All orders will have a $3.95 processing fee added to them.

 

Shipping will be "best way".  Either by the USPO or by UPS.

 

Minimum Order is $25.00.

 

Please follow up any phone orders with an e-mail to cofirm your order.

In this e-mail be sure to note that you are sending this confirmation order 

to back up your phone order, so we don't get this as a duplicate order.

TAX PAYER NUMBERS
 
You may have done business with either
Bill - P & C in the past, or done business with me in the past,
but, this is a new business, with a totally new set of books, not connected with the last one at all.
Every customer with a tax number will have to
register your tax number with me
or you will be charged tax. 
 
This tax number needs to be the newest tax number issued.  Remember, for the State of Texas, the comptroller no longer uses your Social Security number for your tax number. 
Social Security tax numbers will not be acceptable,
as they are not current numbers. 
 
If you do not have your new number (within the past 5 years, actually) you will need to look at your tax payer form,
or contact the State of Texas to get your new number.  
 
Our P & C Ceramic Supppy is a whole new business,
with a whole new set of books.

We now accept Visa, Master Card,  or Discover for all your purchases over $25.00.  As always, we will accept cash or personal checks at the shows as well.
 
Please be prepared to show ID on all Credit Card and Check purchases. 
 
Be sure to bring your Tax ID number with you.  If you have not made a purchase from us since March, 2008, you are not in our system.   This would be from either the West Show; the Mesquite Show; the Fort Worth show, Tennessee, Phoenix Show or San Barnardino Shows, or by Mail Order.  We will have the Tax ID list with us at the shows.  Be sure the tax number you have is NOT the old one with your SS #.  Those are no longer good in the State of Texas.  If you are still using that one, please contact the Texas Comptroller for your new number or a letter from them stating why you don't have your new number, or we have to charge you tax.
 
 When making your purchases at a show, please bare with us on checking our price sheets to get you the unadvertised show specials.  Several items will be less at the trade shows due to the UNADVERTISED SHOW SPECIALS.  Sometimes our price sheets have even new lower prices than the price card in the bins at the shows.
